Readers Theater is a great way for students to have fun while learning scripts, using cooperative learning, learning how to be a team player, making props and being responsible for their role in their group.

*Make sure you tell you students how to be a good participant and script reader!*

*Make sure they are facing the audience when they are talking.*

* Tell them to not have their backs to the audience.*

*and make sure they talk LOUD, and CLEAR!*

Look how much fun my students had while entertaining another class!

Make sure that you are collecting materials for your Reader's Theater closet! You can use old ties, hats, necklaces, dishware, cereal boxes, shoes, clothes, canes...anything you can think of!
